WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

VALKORIX LTD (company number 17433704), registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, is the data controller for information submitted through this site.

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND ONLY WHEN YOU SEND IT

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. That is the entire set. We do not collect anything if you simply read the site.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels and loads no third-party scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

WHY WE USE IT

To read your message and reply to it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — you have contacted us about a business matter and we are answering.

We do not use it for marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

WHERE IT GOES

Submissions are forwarded to Google Workspace, which stores them in a spreadsheet we control. Google acts as our processor. This may involve processing outside the United Kingdom, under the transfer safeguards in Google's data processing terms.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. A funding conversation can reasonably span more than one cycle; keeping it indefinitely would not be justifiable.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it at all. Ask through the contact form on this site or by writing to the registered address above, and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
